Boiler Service

Questions about the services as a whole
Do you do the plumbing and the heating with the same engineers?
Yes. That is the point of the list above: a leak on a heating pipe, a bathroom that needs a towel radiator, a boiler that has failed because of a system fault, all handled by one team rather than passed between trades.
Which service do I need if I do not know what is wrong?
Describe the symptom in the form and let the engineer decide. No heating usually starts as a boiler repair, a wet patch as leak detection, a slow sink as drain clearance. You are told which it is before anything is priced.
Is there a call-out charge?
Every visit is priced before it is booked, and the price covers the visit and the diagnosis or the standard repair. You see it in writing first.
Do you offer commercial work?
Small commercial premises, such as cafés, shops, salons and offices, for plumbing, drains and gas safety checks. Large commercial plant is outside the list above.
Can several jobs be done on one visit?
Yes, and it is cheaper that way. A boiler service and a gas certificate, a radiator swap and a tap repair, a bathroom and the towel rail on the heating circuit are all combined routinely.
