The list is split the way the calls come in. Heating is the boiler and everything it feeds: servicing, repair, replacement, the annual gas safety check, central heating and underfloor systems, radiators and the power flush that keeps them clean. Plumbing is the water and the waste: everyday repairs, the emergency at midnight, blocked drains, hidden leaks and the bathroom that ties it all together. Heating and plumbing, one card per job

Plumber
Taps, toilets, ball valves, stopcocks, pipework and the small jobs that turn into big ones if they are left. A local plumber for London homes and flats.
Drain Unblocking
Blocked sinks, showers, toilets, gullies and shared drains cleared properly, with the cause found so the same blockage does not come back next month.
Underfloor Heating Installation and Repair
Wet and electric underfloor heating designed, laid and commissioned, plus repairs to systems that have gone cold, leak at the manifold or never balanced properly.
Boiler Service
An annual boiler service that checks combustion, gas rate, flue, seals and safety devices, keeps the manufacturer warranty valid and catches faults early.
Emergency Plumber
Burst pipes, water pouring through a ceiling, a stopcock that will not turn or no hot water on a cold morning. Tell us what is happening and we get someone moving.
Boiler Installation and Replacement
A new combi, system or heat-only boiler sized for the property, fitted with a filter and flush, commissioned and registered, with the old one taken away.
Gas Safety Certificate
The annual CP12 landlord gas safety check on boilers, hobs, fires and pipework, with the certificate issued on the day so tenancies and renewals are not held up.
Bathroom Installation
Full bathroom fitting from strip-out to the last bead of silicone: first fix plumbing, showers, baths, tiling, wet rooms and the electrics that go with them.
Boiler Repair
Fault codes, lockouts, low pressure, leaks, no heating or no hot water. Diagnosed properly, priced before the repair starts, and fixed with the right parts.
Leak Detection
Damp patches, pressure that keeps dropping, a water bill that has jumped. Hidden leaks traced under floors and behind walls, then repaired with minimal disruption.
Central Heating Installation
Full central heating systems for homes that have none, and rebuilds of tired ones: boiler, pipework, radiators, controls and zoning designed around the property.
Power Flushing
Sludge and rust cleared out of radiators, pipework and the boiler heat exchanger with a proper power flush, so cold spots go and the system runs quietly again.
Radiator Repair and Installation
Leaking, cold or rusting radiators repaired or replaced, new radiators and towel rails added, valves changed and the system rebalanced when the work is done.

Questions about the services as a whole
Do you do the plumbing and the heating with the same engineers?
Yes. That is the point of the list above: a leak on a heating pipe, a bathroom that needs a towel radiator, a boiler that has failed because of a system fault, all handled by one team rather than passed between trades.
Which service do I need if I do not know what is wrong?
Describe the symptom in the form and let the engineer decide. No heating usually starts as a boiler repair, a wet patch as leak detection, a slow sink as drain clearance. You are told which it is before anything is priced.
Is there a call-out charge?
Every visit is priced before it is booked, and the price covers the visit and the diagnosis or the standard repair. You see it in writing first.
Do you offer commercial work?
Small commercial premises, such as cafés, shops, salons and offices, for plumbing, drains and gas safety checks. Large commercial plant is outside the list above.
Can several jobs be done on one visit?
Yes, and it is cheaper that way. A boiler service and a gas certificate, a radiator swap and a tap repair, a bathroom and the towel rail on the heating circuit are all combined routinely.
